  • When will I receive my Goodwood Qatar Festival Hospitality tickets?

    You’ll receive your Qatar Festival hospitality tickets via post. Please ensure that the Gala Team have your most up to date delivery address when you confirm your booking.   • Can I use cash at Goodwood?

    Goodwood is a cashless venue so please ensure you bring other methods of contactless or card payments to purchase tickets, food and drink. Betting is still available using cash and all of the on course betting facilities and bookmakers will accept cash or card.

  • Is there a dress code for the Goodwood Qatar Festival?

    Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie. Boys aged 7-15 years are asked to wear a long sleeved collared shirt (no polo shirts).

    Ladies, it’s all about the garden party look. A floaty or floral dress, an elegant top and trouser/skirt combination that is suitable for England in summer. We recommend that you leave your stiletto heels at home, as the uneven ground can be tricky to walk on.

  • Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

    The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary requirements.

  • I have a large group I wish to book for, can this be done online?

    Yes, as long as there is availability. Once you have chosen which event, package and date you wish to book, you will then have the option to choose the amount of places you wish to purchase.

  • Is there car parking at Goodwood?

    There are complimentary and paid-for car parks available, including free disabled parking.

  • What time doe the gates open at the Goodwood Qatar Festival?

    Gates at Goodwood open at 3.30pm on Friday and at 11.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
