Ray Parlour.jpg?w=800&h=648&scale

talkSPORT has become the go-to destination for football fans who love big opinions, bold debate, and top-class banter.

Now, three of its most entertaining voices are coming together for our hugely popular Birmingham Sporting Dinner. Joining us is Arsenal legend Ray Parlour, a three-time Premier League winner and fan favourite, alongside Jamie O’Hara, the outspoken former Spurs and Wolves midfielder, and Jason Cundy, the sharp-witted ex-Chelsea defender. Whether it’s dressing room secrets, hot topics, or hilarious behind-the-scenes stories, nothing is off-limits! Enjoy a three-course dinner in Edgbaston’s superb Banqueting Suite, as Sky Sports host Pete Graves steers the conversation, bringing the best out of this lively trio. Expect big laughs, great stories, and an unforgettable night of football talk!

Ray Parlour

Famously dubbed the ‘Romford Pele’ by Marc Overmars, Ray rose through the ranks and broke into the Arsenal side in January 1992, remaining at Highbury for 12 years; he made a total of 466 appearances for the London club. Highlights during his career include a stunning hat-trick at Werder Bremen, another treble against Newcastle as well as scoring in the 2002 FA Cup final versus Chelsea. Parlour won the Double twice with Arsenal, firstly in 1998 and again in 2002 before he left the club on a high note in the summer of 2004 after winning his third title as part of the team dubbed ‘The Invincibles’. In all, in a trophy laden career at Highbury he won an incredible three League titles, four FA Cups, a League Cup and a European Cup Winners’ Cup. After leaving Arsenal, Ray signed for Middlesbrough in 2004, where he played over 60 games in 2 years before a move to Hull City in 2007 where he helped the Tigers avoid relegation from The Championship. Ray now works as a pundit for the likes of Sky Sports and talkSPORT, as well as being one of the best speakers on the circuit.

Jamie O’Hara

A product of the Tottenham Hotspur academy, Jamie O’Hara made his Premier League debut for Spurs in 2007 and quickly became a fan favourite with his tenacious midfield displays. During his time at White Hart Lane, he played a key role in Spurs’ domestic and European campaigns, also featuring in their League Cup-winning squad of 2008. O’Hara enjoyed loan spells at Portsmouth and Wolves before making a permanent move to Molineux, where he went on to captain the club. After further stints at Blackpool, Fulham, and Billericay Town, Jamie transitioned into media, establishing himself as a popular and outspoken football pundit. Now a key figure on talkSPORT, he provides insightful and passionate analysis on the game, making him one of the most engaging voices in sports broadcasting.

Jason Cundy

A tough-tackling defender in his playing days, Jason Cundy began his career at Chelsea, where he made over 50 appearances before moving to Tottenham Hotspur in 1992. Known for his commitment and resilience, he also had spells at Ipswich Town and Portsmouth before retiring in 2000. Post-football, Jason made a seamless transition into media, becoming a prominent broadcaster and pundit. With his sharp wit and candid opinions, he has become a mainstay on talkSPORT, co-hosting popular shows such as The Sports Bar and delivering passionate, no-nonsense views on the game. Jason’s combination of humour, insight, and larger-than-life personality makes him a hugely entertaining presence both on-air and at live events.

Pete Graves

A die-hard Newcastle fan, has skyrocketed through broadcasting to become a familiar face on Sky Sports. Since 2009, his passion for football and sharp knowledge have made him a valuable presenter. We’re thrilled to have him host our events once again!
